Privacy policy
How PasswordCraft handles passwords, browser preferences, and hosting data.
Your passwords and generated secrets
Passwords, PINs, and passphrases exist only in browser memory. PasswordCraft does not transmit, log, or persist them. Leaving the tool or refreshing clears its state; your browser may retain a page when using Back or Forward. Clicking Copy writes the result to your system clipboard, which your device and other applications may retain. Clear your clipboard after use on shared devices.
Browser storage
We store only your light or dark theme preference in localStorage under securekit-theme. We do not store secrets or use tracking cookies. You can remove this preference in your browser’s site settings.
Hosting and requests
The hosting provider receives ordinary page and asset requests, including IP addresses and browser request metadata, and may keep operational or security logs according to its policies. Those requests contain no passwords or generated credentials. Restricted previews also use the host’s access controls.
Advertising and analytics
No analytics or advertising code is installed. Before adding either, we will update this policy to describe the provider, data handling, and any consent choices required. The homepage and all tools remain free of advertising scripts because scripts in the same page can read inputs.
Email and privacy requests
Contact devappsdesigns@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us. Email support uses Gmail; Google processes the sender details and message content you choose to provide. Keep messages limited to what we need to answer your request. We do not ask for passwords or account tokens. Support correspondence is separate from browser-only tool data.
